Ingredients
½ cup Skim Milk
½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I like Oikos) 1/3 cup Canned Pumpkin 1 TBSP Brown Sugar ¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Optional: 1sheet (4 squares) graham cracker |
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
