Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

(Yield:  1 serving)

Ingredients

½ cup Skim Milk 

½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I like Oikos)

1/3 cup Canned Pumpkin

1 TBSP Brown Sugar

¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Optional:  1sheet (4 squares) graham cracker

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
